In transit: long-distance and border hiking

Overcome boundaries, both personal and geographical. The Ötztaler Urweg, a long-distance hiking trail in 12 stages, loops through the entire valley – from the valley floor at 684 meters to over 3,000 meters. On the approx. 180 kilometers in between, thousands of impressions rain down on you and you get to know the valley like the back of your hand. One floor higher, the high-alpine Ötztal Trek leads over gaps, ridges and peaks through the mountains, while the European long-distance hiking trail E5 leads you south.
